The heart is the center for love and joy of life. This refers to the beautiful feeling of contentment one feels when mindfully living in the present and being comfortable with what is. It is the peaceful realization that we are whole and complete just as we are, despite whatever emotional or external circumstances we are experiencing.
Instead of striving for temporary happiness that depends on external circumstances, we can work to cultivate contentment and joy within us.
Movement
In the Holistic Program for a Happy Heart you will learn to integrate movement into your everyday life. You will learn gentle yoga postures and exercises that adapt to your particular life situation and that calm your nervous system.
